Investment Real Estate – viewed from the top

Right…I took this photo while we were at the top of the Danube Tower at a height of 160 meters. One of the many gardens maintained by the city government department, Unsere Garten. They are responsible for beautifying the city…the landscape, the flower and plants by the roadside and they work closely with another department to keep residential areas clean.

I’ve often argued with my husband that an investment real estate here in the city is worth it. The view, the air, the transportation all add up to convenient living. However, we don’t know who to talk to. Unlike in the states were the W.D. Schorsch Commercial Real Estate is well-known, I am not familiar with how things work here when it comes to buying a piece of land. It doesn’t help too that German is not my native tongue.

W.D. Schorsch Commercial Real Estate is a commercial real estate firm that specializes in the United States General Services Administration (GSA) projects. Both provide expert advisory, development, management and brokerage services to any organization or individual involved with the government in commercial real estate as an owner. I have a little idea and somehow background with their work as it’s almost the same as my mom being a government employee tasked with land and development. But W.D Schorsch offers more, like brokerage services including sales and leasing of Federal government real estate. They also do the paperwork and are committed to meeting precise deadlines and budgets. They also manage the complex range of expertise and contractors needed to complete a project. Multitasking, right? Surely is! As  an individual interested to buy a piece of land, I could use some help from them!

P.S. These are some  of the many flowers from the above photo. I took this before we went up the Danube tower.
